Chinese 200 hp tractors – a real solution for modern farming?
Just a few years ago, the phrase ‘Chinese tractor’ raised doubts in many people's minds. However, today the situation has changed dramatically. Chinese agricultural machinery has confidently taken its place on the Ukrainian market and proven its effectiveness in real operating conditions. This is especially true for YTO tractors, which have been successfully operating on farms of various sizes for many years.

The YTO model range in Ukraine now includes the YTO ELG 1954 with 195 horsepower and a power reserve of over 20%. This means that the tractor works confidently under load and does not lose productivity during heavy field work. The YTO ELG 1954 tractor is equipped with a water-cooled 6-cylinder diesel engine with pre-start heating, a working volume of 6.44 litres and a rated power of 195 hp (144 kW). The fuel filtration system includes a filter separator for poor-quality fuel and two fine filters, ensuring stable engine operation in various operating conditions.
The transmission is a YTO mechanical transmission with 18 forward and 6 reverse gears, combined with a reinforced LUK (Germany) single-disc clutch with a diameter of 15". The hydraulic system is open-type, separate, with a gear pump with a capacity of 90 l/min and three pairs of hydraulic outlets, including flow control. The tractor is equipped with a Category III hitch with a central and two additional hydraulic cylinders, power, position control and floating position functions. The hitch has a lifting capacity of 5300 kg. The power take-off shaft operates at 540/1000 rpm.
