YTO NMF 804-8 - replacement of MTZ-80 and MTZ-82

Engine
The basis of the YTO NMF 804-8 tractor is a 4-cylinder atmospheric diesel engine LR4B5 with a volume of 4.94 liters, which has a capacity of 80 hp (58.8 kW). The large working volume of which provides high torque in a wide range of revolutions without the need to install complex turbo systems. This increases the engine's service life and makes it unpretentious to operating conditions.
Mechanical fuel injection and filtration system. A simple and reliable fuel system in combination with an oil filter guarantees stable operation in conditions of increased dustiness.
Pre-heating. Ensures the start of the power plant in the cold season.
Transmission
Unlike outdated switching schemes, the YTO NMF 804-8 is equipped with a manual gearbox with 12 forward and 12 reverse gears, as well as a reverse on the steering wheel. This allows you to instantly change the direction of movement without constantly switching the main ranges, which is indispensable when working with a front loader or when maneuvering on turns.
Work in the row spacing. A wide range of track adjustment (from 1492 mm to 1992 mm) and a clearance of 480 mm allow the tractor to be used in row spacings of 70 cm without damaging plants.
Work with units
YTO NMF 804-8 is designed to work effectively with a wide range of agricultural implements (ploughs, disk harrows, seeders, sprayers, trailers).
Separate hydraulic system. A gear pump with a capacity of 40 l/min is powered from a separate tank, which prevents contaminated oil from the transmission from entering the hydraulic cylinders.
3 pairs of hydraulic outputs allow you to connect complex equipment without installing additional hydraulic distributors.
Double-acting rear linkage, with a classic distributor, which significantly reduces the likelihood of breakdowns. Provides a load capacity of 2500 kg, which fully meets the needs of implements for the class.
